Hire of Hall
Our Scout Headquarters can be hired for parties or meetings, subject to availability for Scout activities.

The large main hall is equipped with 80 dining/meeting chairs, 8 large round tables and a number of trestle tables. In addition is a office area with fixed seating and there are modern toilets. The main hall has electric infra red directed heating.
Use of our recently enlarged and refitted kitchen is also allowed but may be subject to an additional charge(s) depending on actual usage. It is complete with stainless steel cupboards and work surfaces, commercial 6 ring gas cooker/oven (lpg), fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Hire of Marquees (see photos)
We also have traditional heavy duty canvas marquees for hire, with centre poles suitable as dining and party tents. Please note they do not have any flooring or linings, and are not to be considered as wedding tents. Tables & chairs may be hired separately if required.
Sizes Small (15′ x 15′) and Medium (20′ x 20′) which can be extended to make 20′ x 30′ (Large = 2 poles)
Charges: Please contact us for details. Hires usually run from mid-week to mid-week subject to individual requirements and the weather. N.B. The marquees are supplied to site but hirers are required to provide a minimum of 2 able bodied helpers to erect, and later take down, the marquee under supervision.
Wild Camping
We now have an enclosed large field available for hire and suitable for wild camping, car boot sales, etc, with access to our HQ facilities and car parking subject to confirmation of arrangements.
